Executive Coaching and Leadership Development

2020 works with individual executives on a one-on-one, highly confidential basis to develop the individual's leadership effectiveness. Based on mutual trust that is developed through thoughtful inquiry, candid expression, and empathic listening, 2020's executive coaching provides the client with a sounding board, confidante, champion, critic, and mirror. These engagements typically involve (i) the assessment, based on interviews with and data provided by the client and those closest to the client; (ii) the establishment of objectives; (iii) regular in-person or telephonic coaching sessions with the client; and (iv) evaluation.
 
The principals of 2020 provide cutting edge leadership development training to individuals and groups. These programs, which can be tailored to the particular needs of the client, focus on developing eight personal energies that underlie and enable the traditional character traits and functions of the highly effective leader. This approach is ideally suited to our high-velocity existence that grows more complex with each moment and has proven to be an overwhelming challenge to mainstream leaders.
